**Reports - Filling Summary**

1. **Question**: Why does the total Cylinders and Volume Filled for the month manual calculation does not match the vlues displayed in the system?

            - **Answer**: The monthly manual calculation would never match the system, as the daily calculation does not display the days where negative filling occurred. If users want to fully verify the values in the report match the manual monthly calculation, they would have to find the exact values for the days which display "zero filled", add up the results for each day and tally should match the total in the system.

1. **Question**: Why are multiple years not displayed in the year selector on the Stock Advice Report?

            - **Answer**: When a new year starts, users are required Add the Current Year. If the year ends and the user does not create the Current Year, when we have moved onto a new year, the year that wasn't added does not display in the Year selector.
